The customer profile consists of 6 parts:
- Customer Info Summary: Provides information about the customer
- Customer Purchases: Shows the licenses for purchases of the customer for each product with support period, purchase code, license information, purchase date, support period date and invoice information. This part also shows the comments or reviews that the customer posted to the product page in the Envato website.
- Customer Tickets: Shows the open and closed tickets that the customer opened in the past.
- Customer Actions in Community Portal: Shows the threads opened by customer or replies and comments to other threads.
- Used Websites: Shows every website that the customer opened a ticket.
- Customer Notes: You can also take specific notes about the customer.
