How to Import Ticket & Customer Data from Ticksy

In order to import your older tickets from your Ticksy account, please follow the steps below:

1- When you login to your Ticksy panel, go to the "Edit Profile" page in your user menu:

2- Click on the "API Crendentials" tab and generate new credentials if you don't already have one:

3- Then go to the "Settings" page from your Helpviser user menu and click on the "Ticksy Import" tab.

4- Enter the "domain" and "key" values and click on the "Update Ticksy API Settings" button to save the credentials.

5- You are all set! The Helpviser system will start importing your tickets and finish it within a few hours, depending on the number of tickets you have.
