Your sign-up process starts with entering your email on our home landing page:
1st Step - Enter Your Email
Enter your email address and click on "Try it for Free" button.

2nd Step - Account Details
You can now enter a username which will also be your subdomain. If the username is being used by another account as a subdomain in Helpviser, an "Unavailable" warning will appear near the corner of the field. If this is the case, please use another subdomain name for your Helpviser account.

3rd Step - User Details
After you have completed the process related to your account, you need to provide information about the account's first administrator. The email address you entered here will also be the email address of your Helpviser account and you will be contacted from this email. So, it is important to enter an active e-mail address.

Admin password should be minimum 8 characters with at least 1 letter, 1 capital letter and 1 number.
4th Step - Summary
You will see a summary of the information you have entered so far. If there is something you want to change, you can go back to previous steps using change button near every summary section.
Please also review the Privacy Policy, Membership Agreement and Terms & Conditions pages that explains the agreement between you and us, how our website will use your personal information, the steps you are taking to protect your information and terms and conditions when you are using our website.

Once the form is processed, you will be asked if you want to connect your Envato account. You can either click on "Connect to Envato" and follow the steps or click on "skip this step" and connect your Envato account later.

Then, you will be redirected to your Helpviser account Dashboard and start your free trial for one week.
