Sign-up Guide

Your sign-up process starts with the following URL:

1st Step - Envato Account

First of all, you should integrate your Envato account in order to import your products and access your Envato Insights data such as sales, comments, reviews etc. For all the great things you can do with Helpviser, Envato account integration is a requirement when signing up.

You can see what information we are trying to access with the Envato API on the newly opened page.

If you have more than one Envato account and it automatically tries to connect with your other account, please use the disconnect and reconnect buttons respectively. If neither of the buttons work, clean browser cache and try again by reloading this page. If the account you are trying to connect has already been registered to the Helpviser system, the sign up process ends and login button appears.

Click on the approve button to continue the process.

2nd Step - Account Details

Your Envato name automatically becomes the name of your Helpviser account. You can change the account name and site title on this page. If your Envato username is being used by another account as a subdomain in Helpviser, an "Unavailable" warning will appear near the corner of the field. If this is the case, please use another subdomain name for your Helpviser account.

The payment period is about how the service fee will be charged to your credit card. If you choose the option "annually", it means that you will pay the service fee for 1 year. This will give you about 17% discount. If you choose the option "monthly", the service fee will be charged once every month.

3rd Step - User Details

After you have completed the process related to your account, you need to provide information about the account's first administrator. The email address you entered here will also be the email address of your Helpviser account and you will be contacted from this email. So, it is important to enter an active e-mail address.

Admin password should be minimum 8 characters with at least 1 letter, 1 capital letter and 1 number.

4th Step - Summary

You will see a summary of the information you have entered so far. If there is something you want to change, you can go back to previous steps using change button near every summary section.

5th Step - Billing

The information you enter here is for billing purposes. You can access the invoice generated with this information on the Billing & Payment page after your account is created.

Last Step - Payment

You have successfully completed the form. Now all you have to do is enter your credit card information, complete your payment and enjoy your account.

Once the payment is a success, you will be redirected to your Helpviser account Dashboard.
